- She/He will be responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Design, Change Management & Workforce Planning
- 50% of the role would be in Talent Acquisition.
- Act as an advisor to Business Heads on their people issues and drive the people agenda
- Be an empathetic listener to employees and help deliver impactful interventions for them
- Ability to get a ground sense and share observations/ raise red flags to senior management
- Drive important capability building interventions such as succession planning for key roles, internal mobility
- Act as a performance coach as well as an emotional well-being counsellor for employees
- Contribute in strategic HR projects
