At present, we are having an urgent opening for SENIOR MANAGER / AVP (REGIONAL HRBP - SOUTH) for India's leading HealthTech, and InsurTech company focused on administering health benefits across employers, retail members, and public health schemes for BANGALORE CORPORATE OFFICE location.

The job description is given below for your reference :

Position Title : SR. MANAGER / AVP - REGIONAL HRBP (SOUTH)

Location : BANGALORE

Reports to : HEAD - HRBP

Team Size : 3-4

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and administering all HR related activities and provide HR related support to the Entire Sales & Tech (Product & Engineering) team. He will also be responsible for designing and implementing various processes and interventions aiming at building stronger and engaged teams, supporting business requirements in achieving business goals and working towards building a stronger employer brand.

Responsibilities

1. Managing the employee life cycle for all the employees in the South region (2500 employees)

2. Work with the leaders on various aspects - performance, productivity, recruitment etc

3. Lead the engagement & R&R for the Head office in Bangalore.

4. Managing all employee queries

5. Manage attrition in the region. The role would involve travelling to the various locations in the region

6. Partners with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent management strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

7. Actively participate in manpower budgeting and forecasting in close association with Business leaders

8. Designs and monitors talent acquisition strategy to ensure adequate staffing at all times.

9. Provides support and guidance to HR Team members and business on HR aspects and key processes.

10. Implement learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

11. Managing engagement and welfare activities of the team aiming at building higher levels of engagement and connect with the team

12. Managing the performance management process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management and career growt

13. Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

14. Conduct internal surveys to check employee pulse and areas of strength and improve areas to design suitable interventions aiming at building the best workplace for the team.

15. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, to design and implement OD interventions aiming at people development and happiness quotient

16. Identify, evaluate and leverage various program development and delivery methods to achieve learning objectives.
