- Lead the people agenda for all India managerial pool in Sales
- Lead the talent conversations with the Sales Leadership on performance calibrations, talent moves and succession planning
- Drive the key national agenda to make Sales an aspirational career opportunity for internal talent
- Work with Sales Capability function in developing functional and leadership capability
- Designed and launched the Sales Incentive program for Sales Executives in collaboration with C&B
- Designed and implemented the Career Framework for Sales
- Running assessment centers for movement to next level for Sales Execs and Assistant Managers in Sales
- Familiarity with assessment centres will be an added advantage
- Prefer profiles from matrix working environment operating in global companies and having strong business acumen with entrepreneurial bent of mind Leadership skills to engage collaborate and motivate a large team of stakeholders Articulate and well-read with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality, assertive with good interpersonal skills and hands-on approach.
- Compensation best in the industry commensurating with experience levels and industry background
