Business Partner HR (Manager) - For one of the world leading Consumer Electronics Company. Alumni of only Premium colleges applicable (IIM, FMS, SP Jain, Jamna Lal Bajaj, XLRI, NMIMS, Symbiosis, MDI, TISS)
Custodian for end to end HR for North & East India Sales operations, managing multiple locations
Role Deliverables:
1. Work with Business units to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives
2. Partner with business on organizational design, workforce and succession planning
3. The person will play a key role in driving productivity improvements through performance management & capability building across the sales & service workforce
4. Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues reaching a win-win situation
5. Work on the structure which maximizes business volume and drive while overall responsible for the manpower costs in the region
6. Lead career planning and personal development initiatives (including Succession planning and mentoring) with all team members
7. Partner with the regional Sales team to increase engagement levels and create plans to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
8. Provide on-going support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
