Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Regional HRBP - APAC for a leading global organization. This role will be based in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the APAC leadership team by taking ownership in enhancing the overall culture through implementing effective talent management programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and procedures across India and the Asia Pacific region, ensuring compliance with local laws and continuity across our global employee base.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members across the globe, both contributing to and learning from the enhancement of comprehensive HR programs.
- Provide consistent coaching to managers, offering proactive solutions to address people-related challenges, and actively develop a strong engagement and retention strategy.
- Collaborate on and execute the annual performance management review and the bi-annual compensation review programs
- Investigate internal complaints, managing all employee relations issues
- Utilize HR technology and conduct proactive analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of advancing experience as an HR Business Partner within global product organizations.
- Process-driven approach to project-management, with a demonstrated ability to build, implement and scale HR functions.
- The ability to coordinate, prioritize, and collaborate across multiple time zones.
- Possesses robust communication skills, demonstrating the capability to deliver articulate and succinct messages.
- Exceptional listening skills enable effective root cause analysis and risk assessment, contributing to proficient problem-solving.
- Holds a comprehensive understanding of Indian employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrates a strong proficiency in fostering collaborative team dynamics involving multiple stakeholders.
- Upholds critical thinking, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
