Roles and Responsibilities:
- Would be responsible to develop & expand the POSP Channel in the assigned region
- Building a strong team to run the vertical and meeting the business objectives.
- Focus on revenue growth, keeping a keen check on top & bottom line targets.
- Training, counseling, coaching and motivating the sales team
- Owning the PnL of the region.
Prerequisites:
- At least 10 years of experience in the Motor OEM/Dealership vertical from any Insurance/Broking Company.
- Should have handled at least a regional role and team handling role.
- Should have a strong Agents/Channel partners network.
- Good communication & relationship building skills
