Regional Head - West (New Store Opening)
1. Store openings, site identification and selection based on catchment analysis, commercial negotiations, technical feasibility/legal due diligence, documentation and negotiations to finalize MoUs and agreements/ liaisoning assistance.
2. Utilize existing network to get the best properties for company owned stores as well as franchisee owned stores.
3. Market mapping and research, catchment mapping and analysis, network planning, competition study, new market launch strategy.
4. Site selection and leasing
5. Capex preparation for new stores
6. AMC preparations
7. Providing customer insights to design team along with inputs on store layout, furniture selection, signage etc.
8. Maintaining consolidated MIS of existing and new properties, store design, landlord database etc
