Regional Head - Wealth Management/Retail Banking - NBFC

Seeking Senior Wealth Management/ Retail Banking professionals for "Regional Head- Andhra Pradesh- position for one of the renowned NBFC's . The Base Location would be "Hyderabad".

Job Profile:

- Overall in-charge of the region. Managing a team of 20-25 RMs/Cluster Managers/Area Managers/Regional Managers.

- Facilitating sales team to achieve the sales targets in respective segments/clusters. Periodic review and monitoring of achievement numbers and giving directions to sales teams for future course of action.

- Formulation and execution of strategies to achieve overall AUM and Market Share growth for individual sales RMs as well as for the branch/segment/region.

- Entering into strategic tie ups with key distributors.

- Identifying new areas/segments/clients in order to expand the base and de-risk the business model.

- Ensuring proper balance of Debt : Equity and Institutional : Retail AUM in order to have a balanced growth.
