- Programs are anchored around enterprise clients, where we provide funding linked to transactions with suppliers (payables) and distributors (receivables).
- What does our Sales team do?
- Will be responsible for market scanning, new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship.
You will be responsible for :
- Identify/Prospecting Business opportunities in the given market.
- Lead a team of skilled & highly motivated Relationship Managers - small business lending.
- Market Coverage - Reach out to Clients/Associates across the given markets.
- Understanding the Financial and Business need of the customers and providing them with appropriate solutions.
- Liaise with Intermediaries to generate a steady flow of leads.
- Sourcing and Closure of Deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders (owners of small businesses).
- To Collaborate with Internal Teams for Approval and Disbursal processes.
- Post Disbursal monitoring of the borrower companies.
- Overall responsibility for Disbursal targets and to increase revenues, profitability, and growth.
You will be reporting to :
- This position will report directly to the EVP Product and Head Retail Business Lending, to drive sales and growth for the platform and lending business.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Have market knowledge of small business lending.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive business origination in the assigned market.

- You are passionate about conceptualizing and building products for enterprise clients an vendors in the supply chain finance paradigm.
The educational qualification you'll need :
- MBA Tier 1 college and Sales/Marketing education background preferred.
