Regional Head - Trade Sales - Lighting Industry

Experience Required : Must have experience in Architectural Hardware/ Adhesive/ Plywood/ Sanitary/ plywood/ Building Material Industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Achieve sales target : Responsible for overall Trade sales for the assigned territory.

Proper forecasting, building up project pipelines, & achievement of Sales through Builders/ Contractors/ Architects etc.

Business Development : Identify new opportunities for conversion; convert the identified opportunities into revenue generating business by adding new Builders/ Contractors/ Architects etc.

Market Intelligence : Gather information from market on competition's activity & market mapping to gather competition's information, analysis & steps for market share upgrade and also gather information on new projects in market.

Coordinate with company staff to make on time deliveries and resolve customer issues.

Create quarterly and annual sales action plans to achieve self and company's targets and goals.

Convey any developments or innovations in the industry to the management by visiting exhibitions, trade shows, etc.

Assume responsibility for their position and undertake the necessary action not underlined herein.

Candidate Requirement :

Candidates from South Zone working experience - Only Preferred

From - Any Building Material industry

Local Tamil language Tamil / Kannada is Mandatory
