Regional Head - Trade and Forex

- Develop the region as a Strategic Zone for Incremental Business in Trade on Fast Track Basis.

- To increase the Penetration and Market Share for Trade and Business Banking.

- Guiding the team in understanding the Banking, Trade, Trade Finance requirement and Business & Trade Flow of the prospective & existing customers and training them in Trade, Trade Finance, Hedging and Lending related aspects.

- Oversee branches in the zone and ensure capability among the Branch channel to source trade Business

- Enhancing contribution towards trade fee, CASA, and business loans ranging from trade centric and high float customers to region's profitability via delivery of highest standard of customer service and compliance.

- Coordinating the management of the retail forex business for the region.

- Enhancing book size of managed base of customers, comprising mainly of High value Liability and Trade Relationship for Mid Market.

- Monitoring activities of enterprises, large corporate organization, and multi-national companies.

- Augmenting the Trade Fee and Retail Forex Fee from the region, along with enhanced penetration within branches.

- Tracking and increasing team productivity and ensuring regulatory compliance and reports for trade/forex transactions.

- Piloting regulatory compliance and reports related to various Trade and Forex Transactions.

- Handling channel relations within verticals to enhance mind-share of Trade Business along with Cross Sell Revenue
