This role is responsible for the overall operation of business in State. He/ She will work closely with B2C sales verticals, marketing, HR, supply chain and commercial team at a State level as required by the company. He / she will drive revenue for B2C categories, set up scaled distribution infrastructure and would also be responsible for driving operations on ground - related to network and supply, retail activation/scanning, manpower and commercial.
Job Profile:
- Driving revenue for all B2C categories Development of strong channel infrastructure (distribution, dealers) Driving Operations on ground Other areas of responsibility.
- Achievement of sales revenue & volume targets across B2C categories (incl. NPDs)
- Input to develop sales plan to deliver growth and market share
- Development of scaled distribution/ dealer infrastructure within the State to maximize cross category synergies
- Initiatives to grow current distribution infrastructure e.g. channel finance
- Retail activation - Numeric and weighted coverage, retailer scanning, in-store activation
- Tertiary activation - Driving strong relationship with electricians and scanning
- TSI/ LAS coverage and productivity, institutionalizing digital ways of working
- Drive secondary and tertiary demand generation through local ATL / BTL plan (including meets)
- Operationalization of Trade schemes and effectiveness
- Ensure right supply chain network (warehouse etc.) and stock availability basis demand planning - ensure overdue and non-moving stock
- Appointment of manpower across functions (sales, marketing, influencer etc.)
- Presentation of Sales, distribution (Outlets/Towns), collections, Overdue, Liquidation of non-moving Stock, action plan & reports to the top management
- Driving rigorous governance for overall objectives and key initiatives
- Input to sales plan for the State
- Approval of distributor / dealer addition as per norms
- Set up input metrics targets for primary, secondary and tertiary for the State.
- Co-approval on State budgets of gifts for meets, POSM plan, other ATL activity etc.
- Sign-off on warehouse requirement in State
- Co-approval on all manpower requirements across verticals in State.
