- Should have managed Supply Chain Business.

- Should have managed at least a state /geography.

- Expertise in Sales, client closures for the Supply Chain business.

- Knowledge of Working capital products, financials for discussion with underwriting team.

- Responsible for closure of leads/ business given through the Team.

- Responsible to achieve book growth through new customer acquisition and meeting revenue targets.

- Responsible for interest income through incremental business, structuring and pricing of deals, portfolio management, fee income and maintaining relationship with clients

- Team management skills with experience of managing at least 5-6-member team

- Training and hand holding of team on Program implementation, documentation and disbursal

- Able to manage entire north region
