Position Overview:
- Lead a team in acquiring and managing mid-corporate clients in the West Region.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive team performance and meet regional targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Mentor and manage a team focused on mid-corporate client acquisition. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard mid-corporate clients. Oversee the entire client acquisition process and create customized solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a regional business plan, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on corporate client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to travel within the West region as needed.
