Regional Head - West (SCF)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Head for our West region, specializing in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will be responsible for building good quality SME and MSME portfolio within the West region with a primary focus on driving business growth and expanding our client base among SMEs and MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives for the SME and MSME segment in the West region.

2. Identify market opportunities and potential clients within the SME and MSME sector and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to achieve individual and team targets.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Experience in the SME segment with an annual turnover of 50 crores to 250 crores and familiarity with the West region market dynamics and client needs.

- Understanding of supply chain finance products such as purchase invoice discounting; channel finance is preferred.

- 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
