Good at communication and handling client relationship. (Clients in SME are corporates with turnover of over Rs. 50 crores and upto Rs. 1500 Crores with loan requirements of over Rs. 10 crores and upto Rs. 100 crores and hence should be able to communicate and develop rapport with CFOs and promoters of the company).
- Deal with working capital products (Fund based: Cash credit, WCDL, etc; Non fund Based: LC, BG, LCBD, etc) and term loan products for SME clients.
- Responsible for customer relation management, structuring deals, customer acquisition, & revenue maximization for SME clients.
- Assess requirement of customer, review the credit worthiness & perform financial Analysis.
- Arranging Foreign Currency funding for the companies in terms of Buyers Credit, ECB, and PCFC.
- Managing the acquired NTB relationships for the first year of their operation in the Bank.
- Monitoring / reviewing the sanctioned limit, Renewal of limit, Financial Analysis, Credit Note preparation &Finalization, Discussion with RISK Department, Enhancement of the limit, Documentation, security creation, Disbursement of Limit.
- Overdue collection monitoring, Client progress monitoring, Stock Statement Analysis, Representing consortium meeting, Plant/Factory Visit, AQR in cases of TERM Loan.
