The role is to handle the South Mumbai region for a tech enabled real estate broking firm in the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets in the region
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to drive performance and meet sales numbers
- Client Relationship: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Also Represent the company in industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Requirements:
- Communication skills to build smooth relationships with developers and HNI customers
- Ability to groom and handle team members and help them in handling end to end customer interaction
- Exposure of working in similar sector of real estate broking/channel partner roles in previous assignments will be preferred
- Knowledge of the real estate sector in Mumbai
- Prior experience of handling HNI customers in similar of different sector will be preferred
