A Regional Head is responsible for the sale of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area. He / She provides ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service. A regional Head ensures profitable growth in sales with an average margin of 25 lakhs and above, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency of the branch including allocation of costs across customer segments
2. Resolve all back office issues and ensure smooth operations at the branch
3. Revenue product wise, segment wise and Branch level Profit
4. Provide data to the Regional Branch Operations Manager on the various activities related to the branch
5. Adhere to agreed SLA's for the branch
6. Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers
7. Manage the upkeep of the branch and ensure that up gradations are carried out in line with regional plans
8. Assist the sales team in managing any events that happen at the branch
9. Track market developments and report to the relevant departments
10. Increase Market share
11. Revenue Generation through different products and participation in Organisational Sales Drive
12. Manage relationship and all related activities with remmisiers at the branch
13. Manage day to day working finances for the branch
14. Ensure that customer issues are resolved (by coordinating with the relevant functions at the front or back office)
