- To lead a team of 6-8 Branch Heads, Trainer(s) & dotted reporting for HR/Admin resources.
- Should be able to inspire, motivate, engage & successfully led a total team size 100+ Front Line Sales staff
- Primarily responsible for achieving sales targets of MeraDoctor Health Card product of the company.
- To ensure business culture in region.
- To ensure availability 100% support to each associate in region.
- Explore & suggest new & innovative business methodologies.
- Participate & contribute in strategies to strengthen sales model & to make it replicable/dependable.
- Ensure all day to day processes are adhered to.
- Ensure all initiatives are implemented with 100% sanctity.
- To recruit Health Care Advisors (HCAs) via ASM/SM as per company’s policy & source business through them.
- Encourage Distributor hiring and activation in branches. Build robust presence.
- To engage key Dealers on day to day basis & ensure that they are in profitable business mode.
- To ensure FLS conduct group meetings & corporate presentations as per the company laid guidelines.
- To adhere to the company’s reporting system & maintaining daily MIS & various formats as desired, and also ensuring that team does the same.
- To maintain a high level of ethical behavior in all dealings on behalf of company.
- To discharge duties as per the additional responsibilities assigned by company from time to time.
