Regional Head West

We are hiring for a Global MNC company into the FMCG sector.

The client is a Global Market leader in the FMCG sector.

We are looking for a Senior person to head the West region for the organisation based in Mumbai.

- This role is a P&L role wherein the leader is expected to look after Sales, business strategy, distributon expansion, Trade marketing aspect etc.

- The team of ZSM, Sr ASM, ASM, RTMM and others will report into this role.

Desire candidate background:

1) Candidate with regular MBA degree from a renowned college with 10yrs+ work experience into FMCG sector.

2) 3yrs of minimum working experience of leading a team of ASM.

3) Candidate having done sales support role such as Trade Marketing, Go To Market etc is a preferred.

Please note - Candidates from FMCG Companies are suitable to apply with having ASM team handling experience of minimum 3years.
