- They are No 1 in the area of business they are in and has leading R&D setup in India

Job Purpose :

- This role is responsible for the overall development, expansion of the market segment & achieving the targeted deliverable. Evolves plans & strategies to expand customer base & achieve maximum market share in existing & new customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

The Employee is responsible :

- To manage energy segment PAN India

- For preparation of long & short term business plan for revenue generation for the north region as well as for the segment PAN India.

- To manage customers, grow business with new products & applications.

- To identify & develop opportunities to drive revenue & growth in north region as well segment across India.

- To gather & identify market and competition trends to drive strategy development across region as well across India for the segment.

- Support front-line sales team & help them to grow their competencies. Build high performance team.

- To strengthen & grow the existing customer base with new value propositions, new application areas & re-positioning of existing product portfolio.

- To identify the new customers & opportunities in north region & grow the business by continuously adding new customers.

- To understand customer needs to leverage growth & achieve optimum customer satisfaction levels.

- To maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.

- To manage & achieve individual, team targets.

- For any other duties assigned from time to time.

Knowledge/Education/ Experience :

- Engineering Graduate with min 12-14 years of experience in Segment Sales

- Demonstrated ability to identify & realize opportunities with measurable results.

- Should have worked in minimum 2 zones in the country, exposure on a national basis will be an advantage.

- Handled or supervised teams & set team goals

Technical Skills :

- Knowledge on Segment Specifics like Energy Customers

- Good exposure to energy field & customers

- Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems & products will be an added advantage.

- Should be able to do Evaluations of Designs & Technical Specs

- Knowledge of Industry Practices & Systems

- Well versed in MS OFFICE
