Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Management of Commercial/ Trade & Current Account relationships in business banking segment. Maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the existing client base and grow the CASA & Fee Book
- Acquire New Trade Finance and Forex clients
- Sales of Trade Products like bills for Collections, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Treasury products. Credits and Acquire new trade relationships
- Originate and work with product and service groups as necessary to structure, execute and implement banking solutions for clients across all products
- Ensure Compliance to Internal & External Guidelines on trade Finance activities
- Enhance trade relations and seek referrals
- Managing a team of Relationship Managers
Skills and Competencies :-
- Experience in managing trade products and commercial banking products.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer acquisition and service strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients to ensure customer retention.
