Regional Head - Sales

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 15 - 22 years

Qualification: Electrical Engineer / MBA.

Industry - All types of wires & cables (Power Cables must)

Job Role :

1. Sales of power cables with government, railway, EPC and other related sectors across South region.

2. Consistently planning strategies to achieve targets in terms of revenue, volume and value.

3. Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales.

4. Handle State Electricity board, electricity utilities, builders etc.

5. Responsible for P&L of his region.

6. Manage team of State heads and ASMs for execution of Sales strategy and ensure proper staffing of the team as per the agreed Job Description.

7. Channel management and development for market penetration and increasing our reach.

8. Reporting to management, MIS and Presentations.
