Hiring for leading consumer driven industry for the role of Regional Head.

MBA from reputed B School. Post MBA minimum 10 to 14 Years experience from FMCG Companies only.

Job Responsibilities : Very strong experience in Sales and Distribution Model.

Should have managed P&L Responsibilities.

- Provide Strategic direction to achieve goals in short & long term plans of the company.

- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and leadership abilities.

- Team Management & Capability Development.

- Sales & Business Operation management.

- Channel Sales & Distribution Network Management.

- FMCG Channel sales and distribution experience is must.

- Develop distributor network in the region.

- FMCG Companies only Preferred batch would be 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 or 2007.
