Job Description.
- A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area.
- A regional sales manager ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
- Interview, hire, coordinate and discipline store managers, and check in on individual stores to make sure the store is stocked, clean and in proper working order.
- Regional managers create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.
- On a daily basis, Sales Managers Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale.
- They Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
