We are looking for Regional Head Sales for a European Startup Healthcare Technology company. The incumbent will be responsible to sell Peer to Peer Training Platform (Online Medical Training/ Education), Telemedicine, Software Solutions to - Hospitals, Corporates, Govt & PSUs. Primary responsibility is to manage relations at CXO / HoD / Decision-Making levels. 10 Years of exposure in Sales is required in related industry segments like Healthcare Tech (online & apps)/ Hospitals/ Diagnostics Chains/ Wellness / Medical Devices.
Job Responsibilities:
- To explore opportunities for new business development
- Meet Targets as per budgets
- Facilitate platform sales of Telemedicine & Medical Community for Second Opinion to Professionals/ Institutional tie-ups through in-person meetings, online and offline sales.
- Build Other Product Portfolio Sales and Marketing Channels as they develop
- Responsible for visiting various Hospitals/ Institutes/ Doctors for the marketing
- Responsible for meeting the decision makers in order to generate new accounts and relationship. Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with clients.
- Understanding marketing schemes which can be offered to Hospitals/ Institutes.
- Understanding Institutional Management expectations and end customer expectations and create a product to suit them and build a book with reasonable profits.
- Develop a sales team as growth progresses
- Maintain MIS pertaining to interactions and visits. Tracking & following with the internal teams
