Regional Head - Sales & Business Development - Employee Transportation Business

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for your city/region to meet business targets

- Develop a deep understanding of product as well as the employee transportation space

- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding sales progress and challenges to transportation automation in your geography

- Establish organization as a leading brand in your city/region.

Requirements :

- At least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development engagements

- Prior experience in working with start-ups, young companies would be a key advantage

- Bachelor's degree and MBA

- Strong bias for action and maturity/motivation to work in a work out of home start-up environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (read power point)

- Prior experience in the cab transportation industry, knowledge of SaaS / Internet technologies would be a plus
