1. ROLE OBJECTIVE
Generate business (booking) and ensure regular billing for his geography by managing Area Managers, Sales Executives and Channel Partners. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders like Architects, Builders and High value customers through BTL Activities.
2. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and review the weekly report of Channel Managers
- Enquiry Analysis
- Dropped Enquiries
- Open Quotations
- Orders lost
- Reference/Self-generated enquiries
- Below the Line Sales Promotion Activities
- Prepare a plan to achieve the sales targets.
- Comprehensive review of sales with L1 every week
- Plan with Zonal Head to conduct marketing activities/Sales promotions in the region
- Work on grooming, retaining talent and maintaining motivation level in the team
- Identify the training needs in the team and plan for training programs
- Ensure Customer Commitment in team
- Identify the challenges faced by Team/Customers and work on resolving them
- Knowledge about current market
- Identifying Geographic segments/New Markets for expansion in consultation with Zonal Head
- Identify and analyze the trends in the market
- Manage the key opinion leaders - Architects/Builders
- Handling Irate customers
- Handling High Value Customers/Key accounts management
- Handle freight problems
