Our Client is into various aspect of Investment banking and consulting business and is looking for a Regional Head to lead the Mumbai division.

Role:

- To ensure that all branches and sales channels in the region achieve targets for revenue and customer acquisition using a hybrid model leveraging existing branch infrastructure and utilizing other technology driven platforms to drive revenues

- To promote cross selling culture and add value to the High Net Worth relationships at the branches and across sales teams

- To co-ordinate and handle Regional administration and be hands on relating to local branch/sales team issues and save total region cost

- To ensure overall profitability of your region including the branches and franchisees across all products/platforms/channels

- To analyse and continuously monitor performance of team. Create objective MIS to help them achieve targets and be aware of their status at any point.

- To Implement procedures to focus team on generating new sales as well as account management. Leads and lead management support is critical. Client profiling support and offering of different products to different profiles at branches is important

- To constantly engage with franchisees attached to the region to generate business

- To involve in the overall region in terms of recruitment, train the staff to manage them, to meet their targets and restructure the non performing branch/team member. Ensure the region is suitably manned and a culture of service and sales is developed. Manage attrition at desirable levels

- To ensure that all branches establish all statutory and business controls for all Branch processes and comply with Company code of conduct

- To help BMs/TLs to implement process to identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them investment options and ensuring highest level of service to the customer

- To ensure that each RM has built a pipeline of customers at all points of time

- To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution and appropriately escalate where ever required

- To help BMs/TLs to develop individual and team skills and help Branch teams to work as a team and achieve group goals

- To ensure that BMs/TLs are aware of all new initiatives and system changes in company and external and pass on relevant information to branch staff. To ensure all the staff is properly trained and have passed all the required examinations as suggested by Company training development
