L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&T's deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Handling
- Hiring & Sales Training
- Driving Customer Onboarding, and retention with a strong Revenue Focus
- Responsible for driving business development efforts in the region,
- Represent the company in the market and build industry network and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Visit clients/potential clients to evaluate needs and/or promote platform and allied services
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Build awareness of platform through participation in local/regional events, organizations and affiliations
- Generate Market Intelligence which would be of use to modify existing offerings/ generate new revenue streams.
- Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business
- Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making appropriate changes
