Regional Head – Retail Channel

(Our client is a leading Mutual Fund Company, looking out for an Regional Head – Retail Channel, based at Mumbai)

Position – Regional Head – Retail Channel

Location - Mumbai

Experience-

- Post Graduate or MBA from an Institute of Repute, CA, CFA & AMFI certified.

- 10 - 12 years of total work experience out of which atleast 5 years in Mutual Fund.

- Experience of heading any Mutual Fund Branch / Cluster / Region will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities-

- Coordinating with the UFCs / CRs / IFAs / Intermediaries in the respective region to devise strategies and operational issues for augmenting sales and increasing AUM.

- Ensuring that the UFCs in the region meet their sales target individually as well as collectively where sales targets are defined in terms of quantity and quality of funds.

- Facilitating sales and marketing efforts of UFCs in the assigned region and co-ordinating with the respective departments / personnel for the same.

- Liasoning with Department of Funds Management and Registrars and devising ways to provide value added services to the investor.

- Monitoring and analyzing the efforts and performance of UFCs in the region with respect to their sales effort, target achievement and managing customer relationships (in co-ordination with the Relationship Manager)

- Regularly visiting the region UFCs to monitor activities, advice on operations and help in recruitment of CRs and CAs.
