Job & Candidate Profile: Regional Head
- Revenue Generation/Business Development and client servicing
- Handling a team of sales person for acquisition of D-Mat A/cs and servicing them with the help of Advisory team, mainly responsible for retention and upgradation of clients in terms of revenue and assets collection.
- Also focusing on the third party products such as Insurance, Derivatives, commodity, financial plannings, wealth management, Mutual funds, Equity linked saving schemes, ESOPS funding, Loan against Securities, Home loans etc.
- Responsible for acquisition of DMAT A/cs, cross sell products such as Insurance, MF, ESOPS, Structured Products etc through sales team and providing them services through advisory team and generating revenue through those A/cs.
- Looking after all T.N & A.P Principal Managers, Sub-brokers and FD agents for Fixed Deposits (Direct & Indirect).
- Recruiting Sub-Brokers for FD & MF.
- Executing strategies for market penetration for new products and third party distributor for PMS
- Ability to deal with corporate clients and take care of Group MF debt Business and Handling Group companies Treasury.
