Scope : Regional retail channel strategy - plan & implement with the objective of revenue and market share growth and customer delight.
- New product launches to increase penetration, augmented revenues from new and existing customers
- Competition feedback protect base and increase share of customers and revenue
- Strategise for channel expansion by evaluating retail channel coverage and penetration
- Channel engagement strategy with other stakeholders
- Develop strategies to improve customer walk-ins, conversion and customer satisfaction at retail outlets
- Effectively address issues related to retail channel for quick resolution.
- Deliver sales target for all products by ongoing monitoring and reviews

Desired Profile :
- MBA (from one of top institutes)
- At least 8 to 12 years of post qualification experience.
- Experience should be retail and marketing centric.
- Should have led retail channel initiatives, new launches/relaunches, rampups and experience of various platforms and tools.
- Exposure of consumer facing products/services is essential.
- Should have been a team manager.
- Strong communication and inter personal skills.
