- Provide inputs to Business Head for development of 3 year strategic business plan
- Provide inputs to Business Head for planning annual budget for the region under control
Financials & Team Operations - Ensure achievement of target revenues for the Region
- Ensure timely delivery on mandates
- Input to BH on Commitments
- Ensure achievement of budgets
- Ensure resource allocation within team
- Monitor teams- performance through activity management, periodic reviews and suggest corrective actions
- Minimise DSOs
- Monitor and control costs and improve productivity
People Management
- Responsible for recruitment of direct reportees and other critical resources
- Responsible for induction and on - boarding of new recruits
- Provide guidance and coaching to team
- Motivate and empower teams to deliver team goals
- Identify training needs and plan development activities along with Business Head and Training team
Client Service -
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts at the regional level
- Provide clients with - solutions- to address their pain areas Business Development - New client acquisition
- Generate new business from existing clients through better client servicing and delivery
