One of the top NBFCs are in need of a Regional Head for Mumbai. Its a team handling role

The Company has presence in most of the top cities in India. They are not developers. The business model is based on brokerage.

The company is a very old organization which in the recent past entered into the Real Estate arena.

The candidate needs to have Realty experience of at least 6-7 years.

The candidate should be aware of the real estate market in Mumbai

Should be able to handle and build a team and guide them to sell the properties

Being a senior level position the candidate should know how to strategize and successful implement business model

It will be preferred if you already have handled a team though this is not mandatory
