Job Description: This role reports into IMEA Regional Marketing Head having two direct reportees handling various topics including Product line management.
Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, head counts)
The candidate would be required to:
- Maintain expertise and know-how exchange with other regions
- Analyze portfolio using processes (i.e. Localize, Utilize, Vendavo, Stagegate, Capris)
- Discontinue products
- Manage product launches in alignment with Marketing
- Stagegate system Implementation & managing
- Leading Stagegate projects
- Support product ramp ups and site transfers
- Crisis management (i.e. raw material shortages)
- Support raw material requests (e.g. reclassification) and new product registrations
- Support Market & competitive intelligence
- Execute CoGs projects
- Mozart system Implementation & managing
- Problem analysis / solving for existing and potential customers
- Capris system controller
- Pegasus - Pricing management
- Re-branding implementation
- Secondary sales controlling & data analysis
- Samples management
The Successful Candidate: The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Product management within the Automotive Industry. MBA in Marketing/ Product Management would be preferred.
- We expect the candidate should be able to take a overall view of our business & understand the dynamics working with Senior Management & also interact with lowest level sales engineer. Bring in both perspectives & help team to achieve the objectives.
- He should be able to gel with the team quickly & should be very good in XL, PPT to make various reports & analysis.
