Role/Job Title: Regional Head - Private Banking

Grade: SVP

Function/ Department: Private Banking Group

Location: Delhi & Bangalore

Job Purpose:

This is a leadership role where private banking RM's are mapped to them and this person is expected to help these RM's meet their AUM, TRV and revenue goals by mentoring, coaching, and doing joint client meetings. They are also expected to manage large clients and deliver 1.5 X of their fixed compensation in addition to the team goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Owning the AUM, TRV and revenue targets of the team and delivering on all financial parameters

- Provide a seamless banking and wealth management experience from a product and interpersonal point of view through the teams.

- Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores.

- Acquire customers through the respective teams via natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branches, and digital networks.

- Ensure regulatory compliance.

- High relationship management orientation, ability to forge effective relationships Strong focus on service delivery.

- Execution-oriented, i.e., driven to achieve results.

- Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

- Hiring and retention of teams

- Team development

- Ensuring the team is adequately staffed.

- Target achievement of team members

Experience: 15-25 years of relevant experience.
