Our client is a leading Japanese MNC that manufactures and provides advanced precision measurement solutions. They are looking for a Regional Head for South India.
The Regional Head will be responsible for the following:
1. Business Development in the region assigned and adding New Customers
2. Retaining the existing customers
3. Generating business for all products and achieving sales targets of the individual / branch/ region
4. Providing effective strategy and action plan to increase the sale & Ensure action plans are reviewed and updated regularly as per the business environment.
5. Preparing yearly/half yearly action plan
The successful candidate will have the following:
1. Business Development experience across industries
2. A strong network of customers across automotive, aerospace, medical devices, heavy machinery industries
3. Team management experience
