- Planning sales tactics, deal closures and revenue plan for the region

- Winning key accounts from competition and defending existing accounts

- Key Account Management

- Owning the revenue target for the region and monitoring team performance

- Pursue some of the largest deals in the industry for payment solutions

- Managing enterprise clients who are leaders in their markets

Personal Attributes :

- Ownership of key tasks and ability to get things done through others

- People Management skills to drive individual revenue targets

- Passionate about the use of technology to solve every-day problems

- Very good at Relationship Management

- Lead the Sales Team through the Execution Discipline of the Enterprise Sales Cycle

- Ability to act as a coach for the Sales Team

Qualification : MBA in Marketing (Regular Course From Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 only)

Experience : 10 - 20 years (not more or less)

Remunerations : up to 35 L.P.A

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
