Regional Head - Operations - IT/Retail

One of our MNC clinet is looking for a Regional Head in North. Experience in managing large fleet, manpower will be preferred.

Job Profile

The Incumbent will be responsible for managing the Northern Region with a broad focus on Operations, Logistics,
Manpower Management, Day to day Administration issues etc.

Main Activities:

1. Overall Accountability for the Operations.

2. Effectively overseeing Day to day Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization

3. Fleet Management

4. Manpower Management

5. Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police and Municipal etc)

6. Handling Employee Relations matters

7. Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

8. Effectively handle process related improvements

9. Hiring, Managing and developing a proactive professional team
