- Ability to Network & build relationships and generate funds

- Team leading experience which will include HR, Finance, Programs, Fundraising personnel.

- Leading and inspiring employees and volunteer's

- Contribute to the overall strategy and organizational development.

- Candidates willing to travel across western region.
