We're seeking an experienced Regional Head to lead our Large Corporates business in Gujarat from Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, managing high-value client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional business strategy to achieve revenue targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients

- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers and sales professionals

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Collaborate with product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients

- Monitor and manage regional P&L

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in corporate banking or a related field

- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large corporate client relationships

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
