The client is a 2016 startup for B2B online market place creating a landscape that empowers traders, wholesellers, retailers & manufacturers. It has raised $10 million in series A funding from venture capital firm Lightspeed Venture Partners India and Lightspeed US as reported for Nov'2016. They are growing extremely and they are looking for strong analytical and operational guys from top B-schools who would be interested.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What you will do:

In Brief :

- Create happy buyers and sellers, delivering consistent intracity delivery service with a potential to reach a revenue of Rs. 1000 cr + (upwards of 500 tons/day) at an optimum cost

In Detail :

- Plan and develop first mile and last mile network for intractiy deliveries in staples/FMCG, category

- Recruit and groom an operations team, define SLAs, track and improve performance.

- Develop and Optimise processes, working closely with business development and engineering teams

- 5 + years of experience in operations
