We are hiring for a leading solar energy company in Odisha. We are seeking a distinguished senior Plant HR/ Head HR/ HR leader with minimum 15 years of experience from solar energy manufacturing, renewable energy, power, EPC relevant industries to join the team as the Head Regional HR for Odisha.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic HR leadership, guiding the HR activities and operations towards achieving ambitious goals and ensuring a thriving workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic HR leadership for the Odisha region, aligning HR initiatives with regional business objectives.

- Lead the full HR lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

- Champion a culture of high performance, fostering a work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent in the solar energy sector.

- Partner effectively with regional business leaders to ensure HR strategies support operational excellence.

- Oversee all aspects of HR compliance, maintaining adherence to labor laws and regulations.

- Cultivate strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering trust, open communication, and a sense of belonging.

- Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention across the region.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role within solar energy manufacturing, renewable energy, power or EPC relevant industries.

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams, demonstrably contributing to organizational success.

- Deep understanding of HR best practices and a comprehensive knowledge of employment law.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate HR initiatives into measurable business results.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
