Regional Head - Human Resources - BFSI/IT/KPO

Job Title: Regional Head of Human Resources

Summary:

- Under the guidance of the Head of Human Resources, oversees the delivery of all global human resources programs, strategic initiatives and tactical shared service delivery within assigned region(s).

- Actively participates in the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of all aspects of human resources including talent management & acquisition and total rewards delivery.

- Directs the regional human resources department to support the attainment of revenue and profit goals and translates strategic plans into tactical business plans to ensure achievement of current and long-range plans, objectives and policies.

Essential Functions:

- Within a global framework and under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, plans, develops, implements and directs all aspects of HR functions: recruitment/retention, training/development, organizational design, talent assessment, compensation structures, benefit programs, succession planning, organization development, HRIS, employee relations, ADA, EEO and other compliance and community support programs.

- Translates strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans

- Represents HR policies and programs with the Board of Directors

- Performs duties inherent in a managerial role. Conducts performance reviews, approves requests for vacation/PAL, manages performance issues, and has hire/fire authority. Trains, coaches, mentors and directs the work of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required

- 15+ years management or human resource related work experience

- Comprehensive industry knowledge

- Requires experience in leading and directing multi-functional business units

- Requires experience with planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic business goals
