Regional Head - Human Resource Management
Role Summary :
- The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing effective HR solutions, across HR Business Partnering, Strategic Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Talent Management.
- Will be responsible for managing the entire Life Cycle of the employee of the assigned Business Units & Geography
KRAs :
- Develop and execute high level Human Resource strategies, made decisions and overcome complex business challenges
- Conceptualize policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization
- Organize employee engagement & OD programs and ensured prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintain effective employee relations
- Responsible for talent acquisition and retention efforts to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders while keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and implement strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members
- Support long term business goals with a strategic HR framework around key elements of attract, retain, build, engage, excite and transform
