Our client is a fast paced and growing e-commerce firm. They are market leaders in their space. With strong growth plans pan India and globally, they are looking for a Regional HR head to lead their North region for their Sales employees.
Job Description :
Reporting into the Business Head for north and functionally into the Head HR Business Partnering, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leadership to implement HR strategy
- Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region
- Leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid term appraisal cycle at organization level
- Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognitions systems for the region including sales incentive plans
- Leading the talent acquisition strategy for the region with an analytical approach towards the same
- Manage and lead the team to align with the growth plans of the organization
The Successful Applicant :
You will come with 5-10 years of experience in working with a Pharma / FMCG/ Telecom/ ecommerce player managing the sales HR BP piece for them / leading BP for the commercial function. MBA from a tier 1 institute is required. Exposure to working on sales incentive programs, talent management and engagement strategies is essential for this role.
