Regional Head (Franchisee Business)
- The Regional Head for Franchisee Business will lead and expand the Broking business through a robust franchisee network in South India.
- This role involves managing Revenue targets, leading a large team, developing franchisee partners, and ensuring the highest standards of operation, aligned with operating guidelines.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a significant region, driving growth and establishing a strong franchisee network.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Revenue and Profit Targets :
- Manage and achieve revenue and profit targets through the Franchisee Channel.
- Monitor and drive the financial performance of the franchisee business.
Franchisee Business Development :
- Build and grow the Stock Broking business through the franchisee network.
- Appoint and develop Franchisees who can operate offices as per org. standards.
- Ensure Franchisees have proper setups, akin to branches, equipped with necessary software and solutions from the org.
Team Management :
- Drive, mentor and manage a team of approximately 30-35 members.
- Oversee operations across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
- Foster a high-performance culture and develop team capabilities.
Required Skills :
- Strong understanding of channel business and franchisee models.
- Extensive experience in broking solutions.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and solutions for business growth.
