Regional Head - FMCG - Retail Business

We are looking candidates for the role of "Regional Head" position with one of our client in FMCG Retail Business.

Exp Required:-minimum 13Yrs of experience with FMCG and in Retail Sales (Staples,Personal Care,Home Care,Food and Beverages etc.)

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Acting as an Profit Centre Head in the Region.

2. Retail Business Set UP in the region (Retail Store Setup and finalization of store location and store allocation).

3. Physical Distribution.

4. Team Handling

5. Training & Development for Team.

6. Responsible for efficient and effective field operations management and support control of Store teams..

7. Operation of direct sales and distribution.

8. Maintaining optimum Stock Level at the regional stores and coordination with C&FA for the same

9. Managing Display & Merchandising activities at the stores in the region and training and development for the team Members

10. Home Delivery

11. Manage P&L responsibilities in the region.
