Regional Head - FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Tyres
Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign and monitor Depot level targets in line with Zonal plan, direct the Regional sales team to achieve the sales, realization and collection targets and monitor effectiveness of branding and sales promotional activities in the Region.
- Explore non conventional channel for service and development of network.
- Sales and Marketing Plan Formulate pricing strategy for various markets in alignment with the competitive environment and long term business objective.
- Plan and execute the felicitation of channel partners as per the reward schemes.
- Co-ordinate with allied product vendors for business development of UBS format.
- Marketing Develop the identified weak markets through network expansion, sales promotion activity and specific technical promotion based on the ground reality Develop and implement Rural Marketing strategy for Zone.
- Customer Service and Responsiveness Ensure effective utilization of Sales & Order planning, Customer Order Fulfillment for timely receipt of material at customers end.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/PGDM from Premier B-schools Experience of 10-17 years professional experience in FMCG/Consumer Durable /Paints/Tyres /Cement
